Want to become a Yoga Professional- How to Choose a School?

It is, though, not easy to pinpoint the exact criteria for choosing a school. The factors to consider include the type of yoga, course duration, schedule, teachers, curriculum, location, online or offline options, school accreditation, and cost.

  • ·      Style – Iyengar, Kripalu, Bikram/flow/restorative

  • ·      Timings – Full day, part-time, weekends, residential

  • ·      Location – In your city, country, outside the country

  • ·      Cost – In India from ₹10,000 to ₹1,00,000; USA – US$2000-4000.

The most important factors are the course curriculum, the school’s reputation, and the course fee. If the price is not an issue, go for the best school you can find in your city, country/online. The school from where you do your course influences your career, too. If prospective students know you have done your TTC from a reputed school, much of their queries automatically gets answered.
